Track & Field Registration:

Our policy for refunds are as follows:

Registration:

On or before February 24th: A full refund of registration fees and the volunteer deposit will be issued, minus a 3% processing fee.
On or before March 6th: A 50% refund of registration fees and a full refund of the volunteer deposit will be issued, minus a 3% processing fee.
After March 6th, all fees are non-refundable.

Duplicate Volunteer Deposit Fees at Registration:

A full refund, minus a 3% processing fee for failure to use the discount code to waive the volunteer deposit for multi-child families during registration.

Volunteer Deposit for Qualifying Families:

After August 16th, all fees are non-refundable.

Duplicate Volunteer Deposit Fees at Registration:

A full refund, minus a 3% processing fee for failure to use the discount code to waive the volunteer deposit for multi-child families during registration.

Volunteer Deposit for Qualifying Families:

The volunteer deposit will be refunded at the end of the season to all families who complete at least 18 volunteer hours during the regular season.
TO Flyers practices and meets both count towards this total.
There are no pro-rated refunds for partial hours completed.
