Number of Events Allowed Per Meet
Regular Season Meets: An athlete may participate in up to 4-events, three of which may be running events.
JV, Varsity, & Co-Conference Championship Meets: The rules about the number of events are more complex, so the coaches will explain these rules in more detail when the time comes.
