Track: Awards Picnic
Help us celebrate our amazing season!!
Join us for a fun day at the park with a picnic lunch, water play, and awards.
When: Usually the Saturday after the Super Varsity Meet - Exact date will be listed under Upcoming Events on the home page
Who: Athletes and their immediate family, coaches, board members, volunteers, and students helpers.
Food: Club will provide hot dogs and burgers. We will also have an assortment of potluck side dishes and drinks. Kona Ice will also be available for purchase. The club will provide one Kona Ice per athlete.
Water Play: Buckets of water will be available for some Super Soaker Fun!! Bring your own Super Soaker!
Invitation: This will come out via email the third week of April. Be sure to RSVP by the deadline so the coordinators can have an accurate head count to purchase hamburgers/hotdogs & other supplies.
Potluck Sign Ups: This list will go out 2-3 weeks prior to the picnic.
