Contributors

Here are some of the people and business that are contributing their services:

Bruce McCunney of B. A. McCunney and Associates is providing architectural services.

Kath McCunney of M3 Civil, Inc. Consulting Civil Engineers is our civil engineer.

Leko Construction has promised to provide grading and excavation when we get to that point in the project.

Our Needs

We still need more services, including paving, concrete form construction, pouring and finishing, and installation of drainage and irrigation pipe. Contributions of materials including drainage grates and pipe, irrigation pipe, crushed rock, asphalt, concrete, reinforcing steel, manual labor, and lots more will be welcome. And while we have raised about $30,000.00 to date, more money is needed. Your donation is both welcome and tax deductible.

We are selling lanes for $10,000.00. Lanes sponsors get their name written in their lane in the middle of the straightaways on both the home and visitor sides of the fields.

Grants

Last year the California Integrated Waste Management Board awarded $600,000.00 to track resurfacing projects. Up to $50,000.00 was available per project, dependent on it being matched by other funds. This year high school track projects were eligible for the $25,000.00 playground surfacing grants. Thousand Oaks High School with TOFIC's help, submitted a grant application for 25,000.00, using a $30,000.00 pledge from the T. O. Flyers as matching funds.

We Need You

We are an all volunteer organization, and we need your help. There's lots of work to be done yet to find service, monetary and material donations. And when we break ground, we are going to need lots of volunteer labor on the field to get it built. Contact TOFIC
