The FINALS are considered to be ONE meet. That means a maximum of 4 events per individual in the combination of the JV & V meets, example, 100 & 4x100 at JV and mile & HJ in the V meet etc. The max of 3 running events including relays DOES NOT apply at VF in 2006.  In addition a rule states that no Varsity Qualified sprinter can compete on a JV relay. That means Varsity in 100, 200 or 400 may not do any JV relay, plan your relay teams around those rules. A last note is that making Varsity at JV finals is absolutely great, BUT it doesn't get you into V Finals.
