Athletes can participate in post season competition at USATF meets with the T. O. Flyers or the Ventura County Condors Team. Competition includes the following age groups; Bantams, Midgets, Youth, Intermediates & Young men & woman (May not have reached their 19th Birthday at meet time).

Youth Cross Country

Ventura County youth cross country runners will compete in the Valley Conference through the Newbury Park club http://www.nptrackclub.org    or the United team http://www.unitedtrack.org/xc_home.html  (Westlake & Agoura). Most practices are in The Conejo Valley. Meets will be mostly in the San Fernando Valley. The top runners will have the opportunity to compete at National meets as post season to their conference meets. Practice starts in mid-August. Post season practices for conditioning, All-comers fun meets and USATF competitive meets in southern California and national meets such as the Jr. Olympic local, regional and national meets.
